Nikki Grogan
PERSONAL
Born in Paisley, Scotland in 1960. Before the age of 20 had lived in 15 countries and relocated with my family 13 times in 11 years. Currently reside in Chester Springs with husband and 2 children - daughter aged 16 years and son aged 5.
EDUCATION
Went to the University of London in 1978 and double majored in Humanities. Upon graduating moved to the United States from England to work at Shared Medical Systems (S.M.S.).
WORK HISTORY
At S.M.S. I worked domestically in the USA for 5 years then transferred to the International division and travelled throughout Europe and Asia as a Consultant for the design and implementation of new computer systems in hospitals.
REAL ESTATE
In 1987 decided to move into real estate and settle down in one place - Chester County.
Joined Roach Brothers in 1987. Throughout the 8 years at Roach Brothers was one of the top agents in the Exton office and helped to bring about the mentor program for new agents. During my 8 years at Roach Brothers I mentored and trained 9 new agents. Consistant Million Dollar Club award winner - 1987 = 1 million, 1988 = 1 million, 1989 = 1 million, 1990 = 3 million, 1991-1994 = 4 million, 1995 = 5 million. Held top relocation awards every year.
In 1995 decided to join RE/MAX Professional Realty to further my ability to serve my clients needs more efficiently and fully. In 1996 (first full year at RE/MAX) recieved the 100% Club award for earning over $100,000 in commission with over 6 million dollars in sales.
